Class Description

In this beginner pattern-making class by master tailor Rachel Berchtold, you will learn the essential geometry involved in translating body measurements to flat patterns. Practise by drafting a skirt muslin in half-scale, and finish with a true-to-size base pattern. Note! This is a prerequisite class for intermediate (pants) and advanced (bodice) pattern-drafting, and simply a must for anyone wanting to perfect fit and explore custom pattern modifications.
